The scientific committee invites abstracts for PODOCON 2024 to be held at JN Tata Auditorium, Bengaluru, from 25th – 26th May 2024.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
Abstracts must be submitted via this website only. Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be considered. The last date for submission of abstracts is 20th April 2024.

Case Studies and Research Papers may be submitted for:
Case Study – A Word document file should be uploaded for submission, including images and charts, if any (max word count – 350 words); no free text is allowed. Document size should not exceed 10MB.
Research Paper – free text, up to 350 words, to be entered in the text box provided in the submission form.

The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
Please note that the presenting author will receive all correspondence about the abstract. Hence, we advise that the presenting author’s details are correctly entered during submission.
Please select a type, classification, and category for your abstract allocation. Although the committee will work hard to honor this choice, the committee reserves the right to change the category, classification, or type under which the abstract was submitted initially in case it is deemed necessary.
The Scientific Committee and the authors will make the final evaluation and will be informed about the acceptance.
The guidelines regarding the final submission will then be emailed to the authors of the accepted abstracts.
Registration at the time of submission is not mandatory. However, once the abstract is accepted, the presenting author must register for the conference within seven days at the registration fees prevailing at that time. If the author fails to register in this time frame, the abstract will not be considered for final presentation.
